Strong fermentation started after 12 hrs, fermentation was steady for 3 days at 65 degrees. Put on brew belt and got temp up to 70 degrees and krausen grew, shut belt off and hope to keep around 68 for next couple of days as I have read that WLP041 can ferment for a while. Ended up with 54 - 12 oz, 2 Bombers.
