Special Instructions

Mash @ 67c for 1 Hour
2.
Boil for 1 Hour add hops as per hops addition - Add Irish Moss @ 10mins
3.
Chill to 18c and Pitch, hold at 18c for 2 weeks. Rack at 2 Weeks and ferment @ 5c for 4 more weeks.
