Special Instructions

Used 2# of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Ready Oats and soaked them

After soaking, spread out on cookie sheets and baked at 350 until chocolatey color

Steeped oats in 5 gallons of water at 160 for 30 minutes

Separated oats from water
5.
Added 1.5 gallons of water and boiled
6.
When warm, added sorghum syrup, candi syrup and maltodextrin
