Sparged using a sprinkler system instead of pouring... effective.8.20pm Mash Started9.40pm Boil Started & first hop10.25 substitute Zythos with Rakau 10.35pm Final Hops... substituted 2g of Rakau for the 10.40 off the boilAdded more priming sugar. The first batch aimed for a 2.0 CO2, this one is going for a 2.5... we'll see if this is too much!45 bottles 1 tasting
