Sparged using a sprinkler system instead of pouring... effective. 8.20pm Mash Started 9.40pm Boil Started & first hop 10.25 substitute Zythos with Rakau 10.35pm Final Hops... substituted 2g of Rakau for the 10.40 off the boil Added more priming sugar. The first batch aimed for a 2.0 CO2, this one is going for a 2.5... we'll see if this is too much! 45 bottles 1 tasting

Notes:

Quite grassy, Jess didn't like this one as much as the first batch, I was pretty keen on it though!

Notes:

Lighter hops than the other version without the Rakau, very balanced, nice aftertaste, smooth, no where near as bitter in the aftertaste as the first batch. Definitely keen to see how this matures.
