Special Instructions

mash malt and dextrin at 155 for an hour
2.
Sparge with 6 gals of water
3.
Add 1.5 oz hops and boil for 60 minutes
4.
Turn off heat and add .6 oz of addtl hops or flavor ingredient
5.
Cool, pitch yeast at 63 degrees
6.
Ferment for seven to ten days
