A solid Pale Ale with a much more floral nose then MP Pale Ale...just what I was looking for. Force carbonated it for 2 weeks at 15Psi. Tapped the keg on Super Bowl Sunday...named it based on outcome...so it is now "Omaha Pale Ale"...much better then "PantherPiss Pale Ale"!!
