Actual Recipe: 10.25lbs 2-row pale malt, 10oz crystal 60L, .18oz Magnum 12AA(60min), .7oz Perle 7AA(60min), 1oz Cascade 5AA(15min), .75oz Cascade 5AA(0min), .75oz Cascade 5AA(dry hop), 1 tsp Irish Moss, 1056 Wyeast American Ale(same as Saf05)

Notes:

Tasted it right before I cold crashed it. Very smooth and drinkable at this point. No carb and a much higher ABV than expected. Will be bottling in a few days probably.
