OG was 1.076, ended up mashing at 152. Brewed 11/25, there is still a substantial amount of Krausen on 12/12.

Next time 50/50 2 row and Maris Otter and then add the dextrose.

Interesting, pretty much a SMaSH beer, Single Malt and Single Hop Beers. Not sure where the sweetness is coming from. I can't wait to try it. Where did you get the recipe?
