1.standard single step mash 148*F
2.add mahleb cherry pits with 5 minutes remaining in boil
Smooth body with traditional wheat haze. Bitterness is strong up front but finishes quickly. Next time reduce the flaked adjuncts and reduce the carbonating pressure too much head. I'll enjoy drinking this but likely won't brew it again.
