Based on Anchor's Winter Wheat description only. I could not find ANY recipe, so I used the ingredients they give on their website, then used percentages that I thought might work. 5 kinds of wheat (I threw in chocolate), 5 different countries, Northern Brewer Single Hop, no dry hopping. I used the Anchor yeast they are so fond of (Lager yeast, treated as an ale yeast at 65-70 deg. F) as it is the house yeast found in many of their products.
