Wanted to try to duplicate a beer my wife tried and loved at a local beer festival this is the first attempt and it's really close to what i was looking for.

1.Steep grain at 145 deg. For 60 min mash out at 170 deg
2.Bring wort to boil add Northern Brewer first boil 60 min total
3.At 5 min left add cascade then flame out
4.Add 16 oz of bourbon and vanilla bean after one week of fermentation
