Wanted to try to duplicate a beer my wife tried and loved at a local beer festival this is the first attempt and it's really close to what i was looking for.

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grain at 145 deg. For 60 min mash out at 170 deg

Bring wort to boil add Northern Brewer first boil 60 min total
3.
At 5 min left add cascade then flame out
4.
Add 16 oz of bourbon and vanilla bean after one week of fermentation
5.
Ferment at 74 deg. For two weeks
