So far this is the best beer I've done. It fermented out very well with great head retention. Still a small amount of sediment in bottles that I will look to get rid of.
A nicely balanced American Pale Ale with great colour and clarity, some sweet notes that take the edge off the bitter hops. Good aroma and not too strong.
Definitely a recipe I'll be trying again.
I added 117g of Dextrose to secondary for cabonation, but left it for a week. Then primed each bottle with 1/3 teaspoon of dextrose.
Initial flavor tastes like candyfloss. Quite malty as well.
