Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep Carapils for 30 minutes at 155 degrees F

Bring to boil and add .5 oz of Centennial Hops
3.
Boil for 30 minutes and add the 6 lbs of Extra Light malt extract
4.
Boil for 5 minutes and add the .5 oz Citra Hops and the Whirflock
5.
Cool wort to 65 degrees and top off with cold bottled water to reach 5 gallons
6.
Once wort is 65 degrees, pitch the yeast and stir vigorously for 10 minutes
7.
Ferment for 7 days, then keg or bottle.
