Steep grains at 150?F for 30 minutes

Sive wert into boil water and boil

At boil and add first hop addition

15mins in, remove from heat and stir in extract thoroughly

Return to heat and bring back to the boil

Add sugar, Irish Moss, and the 2nd edition of East Kent Goldings.
7.
Boil another 15 minutes, then turn off heat and add last edition of East Kent Goldings.
8.
Stir very well or whirlpool, then cool to 70?F.
9.
Can rather use Belgian Clear Candi Sugar (0.08g) instead of the Brown sugar
