Special Instructions

Collect 5 gallons in brew pot for boiling.
2.
Mash base malt @ 152 for 60 min
3.
Cold steep 8oz coffee beans overnight (1 qt)
4.
Steep dark grains in 3qt @ room temp (raise temp to 160)
5.
Add specialty grains and liquid at end of mash
6.
Add lactose and coffee extract @ 10 min
