Notes:
Brewed 3-8-25.....first tasting today.
- Crystal clear (combined gelatin and cold crashing)
- Good carbonation (30psi overnight, then lowered to 12psi for 24 hours, then lowered again to perhaps 5psi for serving)
- Excellent foam head w/decent retention
- Great lacing
- Solid mouthfeel
- Bready, with low hop bitterness
- Unknown ABV, but likely 4.8-5%
- Similar to Hofbräu Helles
- Fucking home run
