Super-simple recipe using only dry malt extract. Focused on balancing the bready maltiness with a lot of subtle hops. This is a solid ESB with minimal effort.

Notes:

"Very English!" Pours a Deep hazy Amber color with a small white head. Nose is filled with fragrant, yet gentle hops. Spiciness of the hops really comes through the bready texture. Dry finish, and the spiciness of the hops lingers on the tongue. For an English Bitter, I really like this.
