April 21/24: Mashed in with 16.6L, 5ml lactic, 3g CaSO4 and 2.5g CaCl2

Hit 66C. 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 19.2L, 6ml lactic, 3.5g CaSO4 and 3g CaCl2
4.
April 21/24 1pm: Pitched into 20.5C wort, into FC set to 21C.
5.
April 22/24 6am: Krausen forming, laser at 20.7C. FC down to 19C.
6.
April 23/24 6am: Krausen overflowing through airlock. Switched airlock, added Fermcap.
7.
Added 0.5oz each Cashmere and HB dry hops. Laser at 20.6C.
8.
April 23/24 10pm: FC up to 21C overnight.
9.
April 24/24 7am: FC up to 22C to finish. Still bubbling.
10.
April 25/24 7am: Dry hopped with 2oz each Cashmere and HB. Laser beer at 22C.
11.
April 28/24 10pm: FC down to 10C to chill.
12.
April 29/24 7am: FC down to 0C to chill.
13.
May 02/24: Bottling day! 19.25L at 23C with 4.98oz for 2.6 volumes. Forgot to take final gravity.
