Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 151F for 75 minutes
2.
Sparge at 180F to 8.5 gallons
3.
Boild 8.5 gallons for 90 minutes or until 6.5 gallons is obtained
4.
Add lactose with 15 minutes remaining in boil
5.
Add 1lb of peanuts 15 minutes left of boil
6.
Add powdered peanut butter at flame out
7.
Pitch yeast at 62F
8.
Ferment at 62F for 4-5 days
9.
Raise temp to 65F for 7 days
10.
Add nibs at day 7-10 once fermentation is complete, leave in until kegging
11.
Lower temp to 55F once fermentation is complete for 7-10 days
12.
At 3 weeks, cold crash for 48 hours 38F
13.
Keg, condition for 1-3 weeks
