Special Instructions

1.
Fill kettle to 1 gallon of water, bring water to 160F.
2.
Add grain bag and fill, gently break up clumps without stirring.
3.
MASH GRAINS: hold water at ~153F for 60 minutes.
4.
MASH OUT: increase water to ~170F for 10 minutes.
5.
Drain grain bag thoroughly, do not squeeze bag.
6.
BOIL: Add water to 1.25 gallons and begin boiling process.
7.
Add hops once wort is boiling - 60 minutes.
8.
After 60 minutes, chill wort to ~70-75 degrees.
9.
Pour wort into fermenter and add cool water to 2 gallons.
10.
Pitch yeast, add airlock.
