Special Instructions
1.Fill kettle to 1 gallon of water, bring water to 160F.
2.Add grain bag and fill, gently break up clumps without stirring.
3.MASH GRAINS: hold water at ~153F for 60 minutes.
4.MASH OUT: increase water to ~170F for 10 minutes.
5.Drain grain bag thoroughly, do not squeeze bag.
6.BOIL: Add water to 1.25 gallons and begin boiling process.
7.Add hops once wort is boiling - 60 minutes.
8.After 60 minutes, chill wort to ~70-75 degrees.
9.Pour wort into fermenter and add cool water to 2 gallons.
