mash in at 60c for 10 mins. Add 30g Northern Brewer Hops
2.
80 mins @ 65c. After 75 mins add styrian goldings

10 mins @ 76c

Infuse Malt at 78c 15 mins

Sparge with 6 litres at 78c (potentially drain overnight)

Boil 90 mins check levels of evaporation add Carrageenan or protofloc 15 mins before end
7.
Reduce to 21c filter thru hop spider/mesh
8.
Add Fermentis Safale s -04
9.
Ferment 5 - 7 days
10.
Cold crash
11.
Add primary sugar
