Notes:
This is a great Porter, I used Pink Himalayan Salt this time and it was a little too salty this time. If using the Pink Salt use less. Color is Black, *this bottle has light carbonation, giving it a thin tan head. Aroma is deep roasted malt and a bit of chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and a mild bitterness. Aftertaste is dry yet sweet with the coco holding on and a saltiness showing. Overall I still feel this is a great Porter and will continue to brew it.
