Notes:

put into secondary. Split off 2, one gal's. One is the control, and other is dry hopped with 1/2 oz of "Sorachi Ace-german Tettning-UK EKG" blend. The remaining 3 gallons have 3 lbs of black currants and almost 1/2 pack of US-O5 to dry out even more. SG was 1.004
