Special Instructions

1.
Add 5 gallons of apple juice and the juice from 1 lime into fermenting bucket.
2.
Steep 3 tea bags in 1 cup of hot water to extract tannins and add to bucket.
3.
Add pectin enzyme and Fermaid O to the bucket and mix well.
4.
Ferment at room temperature until complete. ~7 days.
