Special Instructions

Chloride to sulfide ratio should be 2:1 (200 ppm Chloride, 100 ppm Sulfide as a start), (~20 ppm of Ca for yeast)

60 min mash at 154 F

Whirlpool @ 170 for 25 minutes

Dry hop 2 days into primary ferment (high krausen). Dry hop for 5 days.

Gelatin finning.
