Notes:
Color is a bright clear gold with mellow carbonation and a thick head. Aroma is light grain with a mild hop spice back note. Body is on the lighter side of medium with a crisp yet smooth mouth feel. Flavor is creamy malt backed by firm bitterness. Aftertaste is clean with the bitterness holding on and leaving it slightly dry. Overall this is a darn good brew, it taste a little like a the Pilsners I've had only a touch bolder. I did make this a little bigger and bolder than the average Pilsner, that being said this is not as light and refreshing as a Pils should be.
