1.boil for 60 minutes, at flame out whirlpool for 15 minutes 180F, then rest for 10 minutes at 180F before cooling
2.pitch yeast at 68F, ferment at 68F for 4-7 days or until FG
3.Cool to 62F for 1 week
4.cold crash for 24-48 hours at day 14, keg after, condition for 1-2 weeks
brewed 6/17/23 OG 1.050 started with 7.5 gallons boil, volume ended up with a little over 6.0 gallons. Need to boil 8.0 gallons to end up with 6.5 gallons for transfer and other wort losses. Color is excellent and smell, initial taste looks great.
