Special Instructions

1.
Add lactose just prior to flame out and hit with a mixer
2.
Add 6 vanilla beans at flame out (to kill the bugs)
3.
Cool wort to 170° F and stop chilling. Add 2 oz Citra and 2 oz Ekuanot and allow to steep for 20 minutes.
4.
Fermented at 64F for 5 days then dry hop... wait to package
5.
Add the berry powder to the keg on packaging day
