Special Instructions
1.Jan 29/23: Mashed in with 14.15L, 5ml lactic, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.
2.Hit 65C. 45 minute mash. Seems a bit thick for my tastes.
3.Sparged with 20.32L, 5ml lactic, 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4.
4.Hit 72C mashout, 20 minute mash.
5.May have put in a bit too much Fermcap S.
6.Jan 29/23 1PM: Pitched into 24C wort. Into FC set to 25C. Huge trub at the bottom, not sure if it is because of the Fermcap?
7.Jan 30/23 7AM: Laser beer at 25.4C. Added 1oz Sorachi Ace dry hops. Unplugged cooling to free rise.
8.Jan 30/23 430PM: FC up to 27C.
9.Jan 31/23 530PM: Added 1oz Sorachi Ace dry hops and FC up to 29C.
10.Feb 04/23 Noon: Into basement to begin cooling.
11.Feb 22/23: Bottling Day! 18.5L with 6.24oz at 29C for 3 volumes
