Mashed in at 100 F for 15 minutes

Docoction: pull off one gallon. boil for 10 min then add back in

This brings it up to 136 F

Repeat decoction. Pull off one gallong. boil for 10 min and add back in.

Repeat until temp is 156 F. Then hold for one hour.

Recommended yeast is Omega bock. 2 packs.
