A true Christmas brew in as much as this is the last of the grain from my last purchase so I decided to see just what came of it.
I tried to balance the hops with the grain I had and ended up with an apparently suitable session beer before fermentation.

OG appeared to be 1039 giving an ABV of 4.7%. Will recreate this recipe to test results.
