A true Christmas brew in as much as this is the last of the grain from my last purchase so I decided to see just what came of it. I tried to balance the hops with the grain I had and ended up with an apparently suitable session beer before fermentation.

Special Instructions

Boil 60 min with Fuggles @ 5 min before boiling roll
2.
Perle @ Flame Out for 20 min

Mash out 75ºC
4.
Chill with coil to 28ºC
5.
Ferment 8 days, cold crash 3 days then bottled

Good mouth feel, bright taste with slight haze. Generally good balanced beer, easy drinking
