, Hallertau Hops, Philly Sour Homebrew Yeast, Whirlfloc, Lactose, Vanilla Extract, Tangerine Flavor extract.

No mash steps in this recipe
To Dalton Water, add: 1 tsp Gypsum; 0,88 tsp CaCl2; 0.2 tsp NaCl
Boil for 60 mins; cool to 66F and pitch yeast
Add 0.75 lbs lactose with 10 mins remaining in boil
Ferment at 75F for 2 weeks
After FG steady, cold-crash at 33F, then keg and enjoy
At kegging, add 1 tsp lactic acid/5 gallons if additional sourness required
At kegging, add vanilla extract and tangerine flavoring
