Special Instructions

Add Roasted Barley @ last 10 min of the mash.

Chocolate de Olla 1 Abuelita Chocolate puck, 1 Piloncillo , 2 Cinnamon Sticks , 8 tbsp of coffee Bring 1.5L of water to a boil. Shut heat off and then add in all ingredients. Stir to dissolve and then let sit for 20 min.
