Special Instructions

1.
Make a 1,3 liter starter if you use fresh yeast (WLP001 works great)
2.
Or use 20 g of dried yeast (US-05 or similar)
3.
Ferment at 18 C for 14 days
4.
Dry hop and raise temperatur gradually to 20 C for during the last 3 days.
5.
Cold Crash, but keep air/O2 out of the fermenter!
6.
Rack to keg and keep cold for 2 weeks. Carbonate to 2.4 vol.
7.
Or transfer to bottles. Use 6 g/l sugar for carbonation. Keep in room temperature for 10 days. Then lager cold for 6 weeks.
