Special Instructions

29gal of strike water (1.318 qt/lb of grain) with 91.33g 85% phosphoric acid

Add 21.1g gypsum, 8.6g calcium chloride to strike water

Fill HLT to 19gal & add 34.88g of 85% phosphoric acid

Mash @ 145F for 60 minutes then raise to 168F
5.
8gal absorbed by grain (.38 qt/lb of grain loss)
6.
Fly sparge with 19 gallons heated to 180F
7.
Add Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient with 10 min left in boil
8.
$70 per 5gal
9.
2 step yeast starter 1st step 3 liters 2nd step 9 liters 327 grams DME per 3 liters starter
