A pilsner similar to Urquell. Don’t forget to put Irish moss in water (blötlägg) 1 hour before 15 min boil Don’t forget yeast nutrition and Irish moss at 15 min! Hops at flame out in whirlpool. Hopstand 10 min before chilling starts. BREWING Equipment: Bulldog Master Brewer & Sparger SET 1: 67 C, 15 minutes (mash in), 2200W SET 2: 67 C, 50 minutes (mashing), 1800W SET 3: 67 C, 10 minutes (mashing), 2200W SET 4: 76 C, 10 minutes (mash out), 2200W SET 5: 90 C, 30 minutes, (sparging), 2200W, 14 liters slowly 15-20 min up to 30 l of wort. Shut off when the sparging is finished. And then ”start again” Settings for rolling boil: SET (1) 6: 105 C, 60 min (Rolling boil) Set separate alarms for hop additions and flame out. Start timer when rolling boil The first 3 hop additions is added in hop spider. Only the zeroes is put in directly. #1 Hops (60 min) pitch it in when rolling boil has started. #2 Hops (30 min) #3 Hops (10 min) #4 Hops (0 min) in whirlpool. Hopstand 10 min
