Special Instructions

Brought 2 gal tap water to a strike temp of 162. Next time, just do 2.5 gal for this much grain. I needed that to thin out the mash. 45min mash with frequent stirring and recirculation.

Sparged with ~2 gal of 163 water (actually 3c less than 2 gal)

Boiled a total of 3.7 gal for 45 mins

Hop additions as above

Irish moss added with 15 mins remaining
6.
Cooled and pitched White Labs Saison II when it was a bit under 80
