Special Instructions

1.
add 1/4 campden tablet to 2 Gallons water, bring to a boil
2.
add sugar and boil for 10 minutes
3.
Add 3 gallons and heat to 165F
4.
turn off heat, add grains
5.
allow to chill to 75 F for at least 1.5 hours. can use wort chiller after that.
6.
add amylase enzyme during chill to liquify if too thick
7.
aerate,
8.
place in fermentation bucket, add yeast, cap with airlock to ferment for 7-10 days
9.
rack and/or strain into still
