Mash Steps

rest for 1.5 hours to 75 degrees F

Special Instructions

1.
add 1/4 campden tablet to 2 Gallons water, bring to a boil

add sugar and boil for 10 minutes

Add 3 gallons and heat to 165F
4.
turn off heat, add corn
5.
chill to 150, add malted barley
6.
allow to chill to 75 F for about 1.5 hours
7.
add amylase enzyme during chill to liquify if too thick
8.
strain, aerate,
9.
place in fermentation bucket, add yeast, cap with airlock to ferment for 7-10 days
