Notes:

bottled it the other day, it hit a high tempeture for a short time so its a little bit fruityer tthan i expected, futre brews I would use less orange peel at least half

    what is your mash temp? Your tettnang is 0oz.

    hey sorry for delay, I keep getting 500 errors when I log in. I believe the mash temp was 66 but dropped to 62 over the hour (my equipment wasn't as good as it is now), ill correct that if it will let me, I had originally intended on using tettang but changed my mind developing the recipe

    ok thanks. I mashed @165F/~74 (on advice from a brewshop) and I had 0.75oz of tettang. I had a little different OG (1074) and FG (1020) but that was due to my own fault. It is now in the secondary for a week now so I will measure FG again before bottling. Will keep you posted.
