Helles base beer. Use 50% BestMalz Pilsner and 50% SugarCreek Pilsner. Mash as usual, but boil using granite rocks heated in a wood fire. Note that I anticipate lower than usual boil-off rate, so I will target 6 gallons pre-boil volume, 5.5 gallon post-boil.
