Notes:

Carbonation was very nice for one week. Primed with HLO honey, and it did the trick. Placed the bottles upstairs this time, and seems to help speed things along. There is a taste of clove, and a tad bit of sweetness from the pilsner malt. There is nice mouth feel, head retention and legs. A tad sweet for my liking, but overall a very nice beer that goes down easy.
