Special Instructions

1.
Cook 4 lbs of Canned Pumpkin in at 350 for 15 minutes
2.
Put 2 lbs in a cheese cloth in the mash
3.
Mash grains at 165F for 90 Minutes
4.
Rinse grain to 6 gallons
5.
Turn up to 210F and start boil for 60 minutes
6.
At 15 minutes add 2 lb pumpkin suspended, pumpkin spice, and last bit of hops
7.
At 1-2 minutes add lactose and vanilla extract
