Small amount of activity in airlock ~8 hours after pitching, ambient temperature was 62 overnight and will rise to around 68-70 during the first full day of fermentation.

LME was all blended together. Did a late addition of about 1/3 of the LME with 15 left in boil to try keep color a tad lighter and improve hop utilization. After trub, yield at bottling was 46 bottles and a few extra ounces used for tasting and checking FG.

No hot break observed, very little cold break material observed. Didn't take a OG reading. Healthy fermentation/airlock activity observed within 24-36 hours. Airlock activity ceased around 7 days after pitching yeast.Fermentation swamp cooler kept relatively steady around 65-70F, and allowed temperature to occasionally reach 67-72F after first 5 days of fermentation. Took gravity reading on 08/26, 10 days after brew date. Reading was:
