No hot break observed, very little cold break material observed. Didn't take a OG reading. Healthy fermentation/airlock activity observed within 24-36 hours. Airlock activity ceased around 7 days after pitching yeast.Fermentation swamp cooler kept relatively steady around 65-70F, and allowed temperature to occasionally reach 67-72F after first 5 days of fermentation. Took gravity reading on 08/26, 10 days after brew date. Reading was:
