Originally calculated this recipe at 1.8 gallon boil size for 20 minutes and 1.5 gallon wort batch size (for extract only recipe). I increased LME from 2.2 lbs to 2.5 lbs of LME, which brought the boil size up to 2 gallons and then increased boil time to 60 minutes. This left a post-boil batch size of 1.3 gallons, after evaporation loss and some water loss retained by hops satchels. The OG landed at 1.070 and ~7.5% ABV... far too high.
