I live in the burbs around Denver and brew about once a month. My favorites are Stouts and Porters. I'm a member of the AHA and I brew using a 10 G Igloo cooler for a Mash Tun, an 8 G. Boil Kettle, and a SS Brewtech 7 G. Fermenter (brew bucket). I use a plate chiller for cooling wort and have a few plastic carboys for secondary as needed. I bottle only and plan to eventually move to kegs. I primarily brew all-grain.
