I have been brewing since 2000, although over the last 5 years have taken a bit of a hiatus and only done a handful of batches total. With a new group of brewers in town and craft beer exploding in my area I have come back to the hobby. I am looking forward to building out a new larger brewing system including completing my never finished All-Grain system.
My current favorite beer is the Reclamation Brewing Chocolate Milk Stout.

First time using a 15.5 Gal Kettle. Had a much higher boil loss than expected and so had to cut the final product with 1 Gal of Distilled water to bring this back to style.
