 Water Infusion  Mash/Boil  Fermentation  Conditioning
Mashed with 25lt. Had to add 3 liters of boiling water to bring to temp. Strike was 71 and only got to 58 after 10 mins. Mash tun read 63 however other probe read 68. added last hops then boiled for an extra 15 mins and added one whiflock tablet

 Water Infusion  Mash/Boil  Fermentation  Conditioning
Reversed the Sparge volume with the Mash/Strike Volume. Added 8lt water for sparge and let site in mash tun for a further 10 minutes Topped up with 5 ltrs of boiling water after the boil
